MUST have Talladega National Forest border, small branch or creek, hardwoods, up to 50% cleared OK, +/- 1 hour drive from Birmingham, 50-100 acres. 2. Timber / recreational / farm land 1 - 1.5 hours east of Birmingham, up to 150 acres, hardwood creek drains, county road frontage, partially cleared OK. 3. Hardwoods, creeks, 30% open (or easy to clear), MUST have "live" water and border National Forest land. Alabama or Georgia. 300K land only budget. 4. Clear cut within the last 10 years (and has not been re-planted). Easy to clear for horticulture. Within 2 hour drive of Atlanta. Up to 40 acres. 5. Large timber packages for an Institutional buyer. 5,000 - 10,000 acre blocks.
